Head of Project at SOW Real Estate Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction and site projects
• Supervise contractors, engineers, and site personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Monitor site safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:
  • Project plans and schedules
  • Site reports and progress updates
  • Variations, approvals, and change requests
  • Contractor documentation and certifications
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project progress reports to management
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in site or project management
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of construction standards, documentation, and site operations.
