Overview:

•  We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing efforts across our real estate and agribusiness ventures.
• This role will shape and execute innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the marketing, sales, and business development team; manage performance and KPIs.

Revenue Growth & Sales Enablement

• Drive lead generation and implement high-conversion sales funnels.
• Develop pricing strategies and explore new market and revenue opportunities.

Campaign Management & Branding

• Oversee content creation, brand storytelling, advertising, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using data analytics to drive ROI.

Partnerships & Business Development

• Build strategic alliances and manage external partnerships to expand market reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or media, with leadership background
• Proven track record in digital and traditional marketing, content creation, and branding
• Industry experience in real estate or agribusiness is a strong advantage
