    Head of Marketing & Communications

    Job Objective

    • Are you passionate about steering the future of software solutions through innovative marketing and communications?

    • Are you ready to champion cross-functional collaboration and liaise between departments to ensure alignment?
    • At Crown interactive, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing and Communication to lead our brand positioning, marketing strategy and communication efforts.
    • This role will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our software products through effective branding, storytelling, and multi-channel marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, product positioning, and digital communication strategies.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
    • Oversee content marketing, product design, demand generation, and performance marketing efforts.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to guide positioning.

    Brand & Communication Management

    • Own the company’s brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
    • Oversee corporate communication, public relations, and media engagement.
    • Drive internal communications to align employees with company goals and values.
    • Manage crisis communication and reputation management when necessary.

    Digital Marketing & Campaigns

    • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
    • Monitor and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

    Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, content creators, and communication specialists.
    • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure unified messaging.
    • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spend allocation.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and metrics (Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
    • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Creative mindset with strong project management skills

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software company.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
    • 3+ years in digital marketing
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
