Description
- The Head of Finance Department is responsible for financial strategy, reporting integrity, treasury management, statutory compliance and financial stewardship of the Institute.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes
- Deliver timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Ensure statutory tax compliance (PAYE, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.)
- Oversee treasury and liquidity management
- Support Finance & General Purpose Committee
- Strengthen ERP and financial systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
- ACA / ACCA / ICAN (ANAN also considered)
- MBA or MSc Finance preferred
- 10–15 years’ working experience
- Proven leadership and governance experience
- Experience in a professional body, regulatory or not-for-profit environment is an advantage.
