Head, Credit & Marketing at B. Adedipe Associates Limited (BAA)

Job Objective

• The Head Credit and Marketing will leadthe design and implementation of all Credit & Marketing strategies to achieve the goals for all the organisation’s products.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and approve all credit proposal, and maintain a good balance between return and risk exposure.
• Review and develop the company’s credit policies and guidelines
• Measure the effectiveness of the various marketing campaigns and continuous improvement to achieve the overall organisation’s strategy
• Assess the total market size and develop customer acquisition strategies to gain market share in the industry.
• Ensure high standard credit quality of portfolio
• Review all loan documents and agreements to ensure, validity and accordance with the company's guidelines
• Conduct research, analysis and identify target market audience.
• Supervise all Business Development initiatives, Personnel and Resources
• Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, business growth area, trends, customers, partnership, product and services
• Provide effective leadership guidance in business development strategy.
• Monitor approved loans and advise clients on good management practices.
• Oversight of credit risk assessment at individual and portfolio levels

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Social Sciences or any related discipline; a MBA/MSc Marketing or any related field or relevant professional certification is added advantage
• Not less than 7 - 10 years’ work experience, 3 Years’ in a senior management position.
• Experience in Credit and Marketing is added advantage
• Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated with a positive attitude, self-driven with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skill.
