Role Overview:

• We are seeking a warm, professional, and client-focused Guest Relations/Client Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied while providing efficient and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our services and offerings to assist clients effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requests and exceptional experiences.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow up on pending issues.
• Actively gather feedback to improve services and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work late evenings to early mornings (5 PM to 4 AM).
• Proximity to Ikate-Elegushi is an added advantage.
