    Audit Assurance Associate

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Assurance Associate to join our Audit & Assurance team. 
    • The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of professional experience in external audit and assurance services. 
    • This role involves working closely with clients across various industries, supporting the planning and execution of audit engagements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies. 
    • You will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team, work on complex engagements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute and lead audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards and firm methodology.

    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards (IFRS, GAAP, ISA).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and audit software/tools (e.g., CaseWare, ACL, IDEA, or similar).

    CNG Truck Driver (Inbound Logistics)

    Reports To: Sectional Head, Material Handling

    Job Summary 

    • We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious CNG Truck Drivers to manage the inbound logistics of raw materials in our cement manufacturing plant. 
    • They will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty CNG-powered trucks, ensuring the timely delivery of materials, and strictly adhering to all traffic and environmental regulations.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Safe transportation of raw materials to designated areas.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the CNG fuel system, engine, and trucks. Monitor gas pressure levels and report   any mechanical faults immediately.
    • Adhere to all Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) regulations, speed limits, and strict plant safety protocols ( Dangote Group site safety standards if operating within these networks).
    • Implement defensive driving and eco-driving techniques to maximize CNG efficiency and minimize carbon emissions.
    • Maximize the fuel efficiency benefits of the CNG engine by practicing smooth acceleration, engine braking, and minimizing unnecessary idling.
    • Safely connect, monitor, and disconnect high-pressure CNG fuelling lines. Perform standard safety checks on fuel cylinders, valves, and pressure gauges before and after trips.
    • Maintain strict adherence to scheduled Turnaround Times (TAT), maximizing daily trips while ensuring total compliance with legal axle weight limits to prevent equipment strain and legal penalties.

    Key Requirements

    • Academic / Professional Qualifications
    • Minimum of SSCE Certificate
    • Valid Nigerian Class G Heavy Truck Driver’s License.
    • Clean driving record with no history of major vehicular accidents.
    • Excellent spatial awareness, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and strong communication skills.

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience driving heavy-duty articulated trucks, specifically within the Nigerian cement, mining, or heavy manufacturing sector.

    Compliance and Biometric Officer

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for monitoring driver safety compliance, managing biometric driver verification, reviewing AI camera alerts, enforcing fleet safety policies and supporting corrective actions to reduce operational risks and improve driver accountability. 

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor and review AI camera safety alerts during assigned shift, including seat belt violation, distracted driving, phone usage, fatigue/drowsiness, smoking, camera obstruction/tampering, and other unsafe driving behaviours.
    • Ensure all drivers are biometrically captured and verified before employment to confirm identity, prevent impersonation, and strengthen compliance with recruitment and fleet safety requirements.
    • Validate AI camera alerts using available evidence and classify each alert as valid, false, pending review, repeated offence, or critical incident.
    • Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and control procedures.
    • Monitor and report overspeed violations.
    • Follow up on corrective actions such as driver warning, retraining, counselling, or disciplinary recommendation.
    • Identify repeat offenders, high-risk drivers, high-risk routes, frequent violation types, and control weaknesses from shift data.

    Control and Tracking Officer

    Compliance Specialist

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for monitoring fleet maintenance compliance, controlling vehicle operating costs, ensuring functionality of fleet technology systems, maintaining accurate operational data, supporting process adherence, and coordinating vendor and administrative activities to enhance fleet performance and reliability.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct daily monitoring of truck spare parts consumption and amount spent on each truck for management review.
    • Prepare truck cost performance reports for management decision-making.
    • Monitor daily compliance with the Preventive Maintenance process and other fleet-related processes.
    • Monitor and escalate breached cases relating to MTTF and MTTR.

    Requirements
