    Growth Manager


    You are a creative growth manager with a taste for unknown territories and methods. You are pro-active, resilient and a real go getter with a passion to lead a proactive focused team and determined to deliver on Suave Group’s ambitious growth plans and provide exceptional customer experience. You are someone who makes things happen despite ambiguity and can calmly handle periods of breakneck scaling and moments of chaos. You have a passion for growth, innovation and solving real customer problems.


    • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication
    • Manage your own time and pipeline, identifying opportunities to provide additional funding.
    •  You must be able to consistently work to a high standard within a fast-paced environment and be nimble to deliver results.
    • Drive, report and monitor performance against set targets this includes using metrics such as customer growth, registration rate etc.
    • Be data driven in your approach and use data to optimize and improve CAC.
    • Setting cross-channel, journey-based strategy to drive customer engagement, conversion, retention and churn mitigation across email, push notifications, text and digital marketing initiatives.
    •  Continually promote the business' brand/services to ensure that the business is top-ofmind for customer


    • Experience of leading a team.
    • Experience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision.
    • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    •  Attention to detail.
    • Driven by numbers and data.
    •  Analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data.
    • The ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
