    Group Human Resources Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the company
    • Recruit, hire, and maintain a skilled and diverse workforce
    • Create and manage employee benefits programs
    • Develop and deliver training programs for employees
    • Establish and maintain performance management systems
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR
    • Maintain accurate personnel records
    • Manage employee relations issues, including discipline and termination
    • Make recommendations regarding compensation and benefits packages
    • Coordinate with management on long-term HR planning and strategy

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management. Experience setting up an HR department is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
