Job Description

• As a Front Desk Officer, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service and representing the organization in a professional and friendly manner.
• Your primary role is to greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers as they enter the office or facility.
• You are also responsible for answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules and appointments, providing information and assistance to visitors, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area.
• Additionally, you are responsible for managing security and access control, processing payments and transactions, and handling basic administrative tasks such as mailing, filing, and data entry and providing support to other departments or staff members as needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
