Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (or BIM viewer), MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methodologies, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings simultaneously.

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English; local language is a plus).
• Ability to lead a small team and delegate tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Willing to work on-site (including weekends or shifts if required).
• Ability to conduct site walks, climb ladders/scaffolding, and use PPE.
• Valid driving license (depending on project location).
• Requirements: B.Eng/B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Architecture; 10+ years of post-qualification experience; Current COREN or ARCON registration.
