    Sales/Marketing Executive

    Role Objective:

    • To drive company revenue by identifying high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, marketing premium property listings, and closing sales/lease transactions while maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential buyers/tenants through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Property Presentations: Conduct professional site inspections and property viewings, highlighting the unique value propositions of the company’s developments.
    • Digital Marketing Management: Manage the company’s listings on property portals (PropertyPro, Private Property) and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn) to attract leads.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a database of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate organizations for repeat business.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Handle price negotiations and manage the transition from \"Interest\" to \"Payment,\" ensuring all documentation is accurate.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, market trends, and new developments in the real estate sector to advise management on pricing and strategy.
    • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, networking events, and corporate gatherings.
