    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    • A Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, providing excellent customer service, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Greeting Visitors:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.

    Managing Inquiries:

    • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct clients to the appropriate personnel or departments.

    Administrative Support:

    • Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing office supplies.

    Maintaining Reception Area:

    • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials and information.

    Handling Mail and Deliveries:

    • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.

    Customer Service:

    • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues to management when necessary.

    Coordination:

    • Assist in coordinating office activities and events, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among departments.

    Requirements

    • Must be a female between age 20-25
