Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role in Abuja for a Front Desk/Office Secretary.
• The individual in this role will perform a range of administrative and clerical tasks, manage front desk operations, provide executive administrative support, and assist in secretarial duties.
• Additional responsibilities include maintaining professional communication channels, managing office correspondence, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional demeanor
• Experience with Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is an advantage
• Minimum of Higher Diploma and must have concluded the mandatory National Service
