    Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

    Summary

    • We are looking for a courteous, organized, and proactive Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and attend to patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently.
    • Register patients and update medical records accurately.
    • Provide information about hospital services and procedures.
    • Ensure the front desk area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
    • Liaise with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
    • Handle patient feedback and escalate issues where necessary.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field).
    • 2 - 4 years of experience in Frontdesk/ customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Professional appearance and a positive attitide.

    Remuneration
