Field Sales Executive - Sanitary Wares (Toilet & Bathroom) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Executives to join our sales team specializing in sanitary ware.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for selling to architects, builders, developers, hotels, restaurants, and construction sites across Lagos Island and beyond.
• The position offers attractive compensation and incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and establish relationships with key decision-makers such as architects, builders, developers, and professionals in the construction industry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for sanitary ware by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Maintain close communication with existing clients and new prospects to offer solutions tailored to their needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our sanitary ware product offerings and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, ensuring they understand the value and features of the products.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and builders to integrate our sanitary ware products into their projects.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales/Marketing Manager, including forecasting and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in selling sanitary ware or related products.
• Proven experience selling to architects, builders, construction sites, developers, hotels, and restaurants.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong network within the construction and architectural sectors is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
