Job Description

• We are seeking a highly efficient and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.
• This role requires a strong professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
• Manage schedules, meetings, and communications
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Draft reports, memos, and correspondence
• Track key projects, tasks, and deadlines
• Handle confidential documents with integrity
• Assist in preparing presentations and research

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Must have served (NYSC)
• At least 2 years experience in a similar executive support role
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic tools like Zoom, or Trello
• Experience in fintech or fast-paced sectors is a plus.
