Qualifications
BSc IT , Computer Science or related fields.
Professional Certifications can be an added advantage
Experience
3-4 years experience in Business process management, -modelling, -innovation,-science, -analysis,-design, engineering, -improvement,-documenting, quality assurance, -analysis tools and systems.
3-4 year experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business analysis within a banking or financial services environment.
