Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated Robotics and Automation Associate to support the development, implementation, and management of robotics and automation-related projects within the studio.
• The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of technology and creativity, supporting innovative productions, interactive installations, and emerging tech initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of robotics and automation solutions for studio projects.
• Support the integration of robotics technologies into creative productions, exhibitions, and digital experiences.
• Work with the production and technology teams to prototype and test automation systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotics equipment and automation systems.
• Conduct research on emerging robotics technologies and recommend tools or systems relevant to studio projects.
• Provide technical support during installations, demonstrations, and events involving robotics or automated systems.
• Document processes, system configurations, and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of robotics systems, sensors, and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar.
• Understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, or hardware integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Passion for emerging technologies and innovation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar development platforms.
