Full Stack Product Engineer(Next.js) at IAB Codes Ltd

Role Overview:

• You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. This role requires strong ownership, independent problem-solving ability, and the discipline to deliver measurable daily progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production-grade web applications using Next.js and Node.js
• Design scalable backend architecture with MongoDB
• Optimize performance, security, and code quality
• Break down tasks into deliverables and complete them within agreed timelines
• Participate in daily stand-ups and progress reviews
• Collaborate with internal product and design teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Requirements:

• 3+ years (Mid-Level) or 4+ years (Senior) experience in modern web development
• Strong expertise in:
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • MongoDB
• Experience building and deploying real production applications
• Strong understanding of API design and backend integration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be based in Ibadan or willing to relocate

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
• DevOps familiarity
• Experience working on SaaS or product-based systems
