    Digital Transformation Officer

    Job Summary:

    • As a Digital Transformation Officer, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and product marketing strategies across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our digital products, analyzing market trends and customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for digital products, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing strategies with business objectives
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies
    • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop plans to digitize business processes and improve operational efficiency
    • Work closely with the product team to develop and launch new digital products and features, and ensure successful adoption of digital transformation initiatives
    • Develop and track key metrics to measure product performance, customer engagement, and digital transformation success
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in product marketing or a related field
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Proven experience with product marketing principles, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making
    • Experience with digital transformation principles and strategies

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies
    • Knowledge of product development methodologies
    • Experience with customer feedback and usability testing
    • Certification in product marketing
    • Experience with digital transformation tools and technologies
