    Marketing Executive, Anglophone Africa

    Responsibilities

    Brand & Communications

    • Build and own a robust marketing and growth strategy for Anglophone Africa region.
    • Create marketing collateral including brochures, videos, and client success stories.
    • Support event planning, sponsorships, and PR initiatives to position RightCom as an industry thought leader.

    Campaign Management

    • Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
    • Manage content calendars, email campaigns, and social media presence.

    Partner Management 

    • Oversee outsourced marketing campaigns by marketing, PR and media agencies amongst others.
    • Report partner performance to management and track ROI ensuring RightCom gets value on investments. 

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
    • Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
    • Fluent in both French and English
    • Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, social media, automation, analytics).
    • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail and results.

    Partner Operations Executive, Anglophone Africa

    Responsibilities

    Partner Enablement & Support

    • Onboard new partners and ensure full understanding of RightCom solutions and sales processes.
    • Design and execute partner training, certification, and performance monitoring programs.

    Operational Excellence

    • Coordinate partner agreements, incentive programs, and reporting cycles.
    • Maintain accurate partner data and performance dashboards.

    Collaboration

    • Work with Marketing and Sales to co-develop campaigns and joint go-to-market initiatives.
    • Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal teams for escalations or support needs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in partner/channel operations or sales coordination.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, etc).
    • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on partner performance.

    Pre-Sales Engineer, Anglophone Africa

    Key Responsibilities

    Solution Design & Demonstration

    • Lead product demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into solution architectures leveraging RightCom XP and related technologies.

    Collaboration & Support

    • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery readiness.
    • Provide technical inputs for proposals, RFP responses, and client documentation.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product team for continuous platform enhancement.
    • Stay up to date on CX trends, SaaS tools, and digital transformation technologies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
    • Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, and customer engagement platforms.
    • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

    Account Executive, Anglophone Africa

    Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

    Front End Developer

    Responsibilities

    Front End Development

    • Implement UI/UX components from Figma or other design tools.
    • Build responsive, optimized applications in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React.js, Vue.js, or equivalent).
    • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and interface responsiveness.
    • Integrate APIs with backend services.

    Quality & Performance

    • Optimize front-end performance (loading times, accessibility, SEO).
    • Conduct unit and functional testing (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
    • Identify and fix bugs, display issues, and interaction inconsistencies.

    • Tech stack: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and at least one major JS framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
    • Knowledge of version control tools (Git), CI/CD workflows, and frontend testing methods.
    • Eye for detail, design sensibility, and smooth user interaction.
    • Team player with initiative and creativity.
    • Professional proficiency in French and English.
