Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate leads
Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and other digital platforms
Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and other marketing collateral
Manage social media accounts, create and schedule social media content, and engage with followers to drive engagement and increase brand awareness
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Conduct keyword research, create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, and monitor and adjust bids and budgets to improve campaign performance
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing email lists, and analyzing campaign results
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and content teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities
Provide regular reports to the marketing team and senior management on digital marketing performance and contribute to strategic planning discussions
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
Experience in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution and performance analysis
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software
Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to adapt to changing digital marketing trends and technologies
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies
