About the Role 

Our client, Thrive Green Media, is seeking a creative and high-impact Visual Content Creator (Corper) to join their team. This role is for someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling—combining design, short-form video (Reels/TikToks), and culture-driven content to drive audience engagement and brand authority.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design high-impact visual assets for social media, campaigns, and internal promotions.
• Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, CapCut edits, clips).
• Capture in-office engagement, team culture, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) content.
• Produce visual/video content from live events, activations, and brand sessions.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to meet strict content deadlines.
• Repurpose long-form content into multi-platform visual formats.

Requirements

• Currently a serving Corps Member (NYSC) in Lagos.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro).
• A "content-first" mindset: Ability to identify trends and create UGC-style videos.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and brand consistency.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced media environment.
• Ability to contribute creative direction and "big ideas" for brand launches.
