    Content Creator/SEO Specialist

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various digital platforms, including blogs, website pages,  video creation on social media, and other marketing materials
    • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and topics for content creation
    • Optimize content for search engines, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide recommendations for optimization
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
    • Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, industry trends, and search engine algorithm changes
    • Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including subject-matter experts and the marketing team, to gather input and insights for content creation
    • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
    • Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance and content metrics to the marketing team and senior management
    • Any other responsibilities may be assigned

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
    • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in content creation and SEO, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to create high-quality content that is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO
    • Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO keyword research tools
    • Understanding of website analytics and ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with IT consulting industry and related technologies is a plus

    Digital Marketing Generalist

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate leads
    • Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and other digital platforms
    • Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and other marketing collateral
    • Manage social media accounts, create and schedule social media content, and engage with followers to drive engagement and increase brand awareness
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
    • Conduct keyword research, create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, and monitor and adjust bids and budgets to improve campaign performance
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing email lists, and analyzing campaign results
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and content teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives
    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities
    • Provide regular reports to the marketing team and senior management on digital marketing performance and contribute to strategic planning discussions

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
    • Experience in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution and performance analysis
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software
    • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to adapt to changing digital marketing trends and technologies
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies
    • Familiarity with IT consulting or technology-related industry is a plus
