Location: Ejigbo‑Isolo, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000–₦400,000 gross/month

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our Research & Development (R&D) department. The Deputy Manager, R&D will spearhead the coordination and execution of all research initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals. This role is central to CREM’s mission to provide data-driven insights and innovative enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the R&D department, overseeing all research projects and initiatives.
• Design and implement research frameworks, methodologies, and evaluation tools tailored to enterprise, policy, and market needs.
• Lead the development of proposals, feasibility studies, market surveys, impact assessments, and analytical reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate research outputs into business development, training, and consulting services.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, client meetings, and partnership engagements.
• Monitor trends, innovations, and emerging tools to ensure CREM remains at the forefront of research and enterprise development.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality research reports and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. (A Master’s degree is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5years professional experience in research, consulting, or enterprise development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for data interpretation and storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint (professional visuals), Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with research tools such as SPSS, STATA, Power BI, or Tableau is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
