Core Responsibilities for this Role:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the company’s vision and long-term strategy across all solution areas.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Business Growth: Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams, especially in emerging tech areas.
• Financial Management: Support the CEO in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, cybersecurity regulations, and corporate governance.

Requirements

Experience:

• 15–20 years in senior leadership roles within IT or technology services.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and driving growth.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (networking, cloud, security, collaboration).
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Leadership Skills:

• Exceptional people management and organizational development skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Business Acumen:

• Expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and market positioning.

Education:

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
