    Customer Service Officer (Leads Closing Expert)

    Job Overview

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer service officer that specializes in Leads Closing to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate must understand digital products and experience with onboarding of clients to a digital platform.
    • As a Leads Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for converting leads into registered and active partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively contact and follow up with potential clients from various lead sources
    • Achieve at least 75% on target of active leads monthly.
    • Guide clients through the entire onboarding process and follow up regularly to ensure task completion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and delivery on target.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Manage online community of clients to ensure task completion daily.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.


    • OND, HND, BSc Degree
    • At least 1 year experience as a customer service representative, leads closer or similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in the use of Office and CRM software.
