Position Overview:

This position offers a combination of a base salary and commission, making it ideal for self-motivated sales professionals looking to directly influence their earnings. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Navigate customer needs and offer solutions that best address their requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in tech or security systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of self-motivation and ambition.

Compensation:

• Base salary of ₦150,000 per month.
• Sales representatives will receive 50% of their base salary (₦75,000) if sales targets are not met.
• Competitive commission rates with no cap on potential earnings, incentivizing overachievement.
