Customer Service Assistant at Mama Cass

Location: Lagos Mainland /Island

Salary: N40,000-N45,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive image for our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Greet customers and take orders promptly and accurately
•  Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
•  Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Daily reconciliation of stock and Sales
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
•  Maintain knowledge of menu.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• OND or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
• Familiarity with restaurant software and POS systems
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the restaurant
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
