Job Summary

• We are seeking a Customer Service Executive with proven experience in online marketing and working with Online Travel Agencies (OTA).
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging online platforms to drive engagement, sales, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
• Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTA) to maximize visibility and sales.
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
• Support online marketing campaigns to promote services and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in related field is an added advantage.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Hands-on experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTA) platforms.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
