• Are you passionate about customer service and operations?
• We’re looking for a customer service representativ eto support the day-to-day activities of our Akure branch, ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about company services, shipping rates, and timelines.
• Conduct inspection of items for defects and report discrepancies.
• Process, document, and prepare shipments accurately.
• Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Support daily branch operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any relevant field.
• 0 – 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and  work under minimal supervision.
• Must reside within or close to Alagbaka, Oba-Ile, or the nearby Akure axis.
