Customer Service Agent - Bilingual (French/English)
As a Customer Support Agent you will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries in French/English Languages and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on specific products and services.
What you will do
Interact with customers in French language via WhatsApp chatbot, telephone, e-mail, in person or any other channel required to provide support and information on assigned products and services.
Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers concerns/complaints that may arise at any point.
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, and feedbacks.
Apply knowledge of specific products, services, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries in both French and English Language.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
