Customer Care Representative

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 4 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
QUALIFICATION

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor\'s Degree or HND with at least 2 years experience.

REQUIREMENT:
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience capabilities.
- Ability to support clients effectively, with skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience working in or closely with Customer Service Representatives teams or similar customer-focused roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and clear problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with using CRM or ticketing systems, basic computer literacy, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet service targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is an advantage
