    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team.

    This role is for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, closing deals, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

    You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
    • Prospect and qualify leads.
    • Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
    • Prepare quotations and proposals.
    • Negotiate and close sales.
    • Build long-term customer relationships.
    • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using our CRM.
    • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
    • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3–5 years' proven B2B sales experience.
    • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong relationship-building abilities.
    • CRM experience is required.
    • Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
    • Strong commercial acumen.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
