    Customer Care Retail Officers

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
    •  Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and company policies.
    • Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate where necessary.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
    • Utilize IT tools to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
    • Adhere to company service standards and contribute to improving customer experience.

    Requirement

    •  Minimum of OND degree in any discipline.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Fluency in a local language is an added advantage.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for customer interaction and data management.
    • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while ensuring productivity.
    • Must own a functional laptop for effective job performance.

    Required Competencies:

    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in a local language is an added advantage.
    • Quick thinking and analytical skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
    • Ability to navigate digital communication tools, CRM software, and other IT systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
    • Ability to engage with customers professionally and build positive relationships.
    • Self-discipline, time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Accuracy in documenting customer interactions and following company protocols.
    • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
    • Capacity to work effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
