Incident and Supplier Management Agent
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service , ICT / Computer
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
- Service Monitoring: Perform backend and customer device monitoring, ensure compliance with outage resolution SLAs, and maintain system health through scheduled maintenance.
- Customer Support: Resolve Level 2 complaints, escalate unresolved tickets to Level 3, assist with customer relocations, upgrades, and troubleshooting with field service technicians.
- Network Management: Manage PON migration and decongestion, ensuring compliance with best practices and minimizing congestion issues.
- Incident Handling: Conduct troubleshooting/isolation, document incidents, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on resolution progress.
- Shift Operations: Deliver 24/7 coverage through shift work, ensuring continuous monitoring, timely resolution, and uninterrupted service delivery.
