Our organization is a Newly established Microcredit/Microfinance company registered with CAC, Lagos State government and other agencies to carry out Small loan and savings to petty traders, artisans and other low income earners. We are very organized with good structured management team where young and vibrant can make a carrier progression on the job.  

Requirements:

• Experience in Open Market Sales of Account Officer in FMCG sales
• Background in Microfinance or Lending Services
• Certificate, ND, OND, HND or BSc
• Good Relationship, interpersonal and Managerial skills 
• Must Reside Igando, Ikotun, Akesan, Abaranje Areas and environs

• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Strong ethical judgment
• Ability to assess financial risks
• Good negotiation and communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and creditworthiness of clients
• Conduct background checks and assess repayment capacity
• Monitor existing loans and ensure timely repayment
• Maintain proper documentation and credit files
• Assist in developing credit policies and risk management procedures
