    Job Description

    • We are looking for a creative, high-energy Content Creator to bring our brand to life across digital platforms.
    • In this role, you won't just be "posting"; you’ll be crafting the visual and written stories that turn scrollers into loyal customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Video & Visual Production: Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and product photography that showcases our inventory in the best light.
    • Copywriting: Write persuasive product descriptions, engaging social media captions, and email newsletters that drive conversions.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of Nigerian and global social media trends, sounds, and memes to keep our brand relevant.
    • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage a monthly content calendar that aligns with sales goals and seasonal promotions.
    • Community Engagement: Interact with our audience in the comments and DMs to build brand loyalty and a vibrant online community.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (e.g.,CapCut,InShot) and design tools likeCanvaorAdobe Suite.
    • Equipment: Must have a high-quality smartphone suitable for professional-grade recording.
    • Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO basics, and Meta Business Suite.
    • Location: Must be a resident of Abuja and able to commute to our office for shoots and meetings.

    Experienced Order Fulfilment Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable Order Fulfilment Officer to handle customer orders, coordinate with dispatch riders and merchants, resolve delivery-related issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Package customers' orders accurately, ensuring timely pickup and delivery updates to customers and merchants.
    • Resolve delivery complaints and escalate unresolved cases to the operations team where necessary.
    • Communicate effectively with riders to ensure orders are handled professionally and on schedule.
