JobDescription
Ability to manage different groups weekly
Ensure proper group formation and documentation
Collect savings and loan repayments
Monitor credit utilization and track group meetings
Prepare periodic savings and credit plans for groups
Address group needs and complaints
Maintain accurate records and credit officer's register
Participate in office meetings and follow up on tasks.
