Key Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and manage a commercial-grade lab and nursery
• Develop scalable propagation protocols and produce 500,000+ plantlets annually
• Integrate lab outputs with sustainable large-scale farm operations
• Lead innovation in genotype development, climate adaptation, and R&D
• Deliver detailed performance reports and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Plant Biotech, Agronomy, or related field
• 7–10 years in commercial plant tissue culture (coffee or similar crops)
• Proven leadership in lab management & high-volume propagation
• Experience in regenerative agriculture, IPM, and nursery practices
• Strong leadership, documentation, and reporting skills
