Role Description

• The Classroom Teacher is a full-time, on-site role. This role comes with free accommodation. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards, ensuring that students meet learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, instructing students in various subjects, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves managing classroom behavior, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, communicating with parents and guardians, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership on student support and school initiatives. The teacher is expected to participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as part of professional duties.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply effective pedagogical methods in a classroom setting.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured learning activities and supporting student skill development.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, engage students, and maintain professional communication with families and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching in a school setting, preferably in diverse and multicultural classrooms.
• Ability to use basic educational technology and digital tools to support instruction and assessment.
• Strong classroom management skills, with a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices and safeguarding student well-being.
• Organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to professional development and collaboration.
