• To drive revenue in HR services and deliver highest quality of HR support and advice to company and her clients across the breadth of operational HR functions.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
• Run workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules. prepare reports, proposals, and presentations. prepare recommendations on organizational improvement.
• Discuss long-term goals of the business as these goals pertain to a new business model.
• Work with members of own team to offer different ideas.
• Clarify strategic and operational problems and successes With management.
• Lead existing and new client relationships.
• Design, development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes that provide up to date and best practice foundations for day to day people management.
• provision of onsite support to clients on a full range of HR functions including disciplinary, grievances and other employee related issues.
• Advise and provide hands on support in respect to organizational reviews, restructuring and redundancy program implementation.
• Advise. design and support recruitment and selection processes relevant to client needs. plan and oversee employee benefit programs
• Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
