Job Summary:

• The Chief of Staff will be a pivotal role within our leadership team, serving directly under the COO.
• This position requires a blend of vision, leadership, and practical business acumen to support the COO's agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic guidance to the COO, ensuring operational alignment with strategic business goals.
• Manage and execute projects as assigned by the COO, ensuring optimal resource allocation and deadline adherence.
• Facilitate executive decision-making processes by providing concise, timely information on organizational projects and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes and resolve issues affecting company operations.
• Act as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders.
• Provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance and potential impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record in operational management.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior-level executives.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
