Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and specials if necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory and control food costs.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen.
A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Creativity and innovation in menu planning and execution.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Minimum of SSCE certificate.
Remuneration:
Full-time - 80k–120k (depending on experience and dish)
Part-time - 50k (depending on the number of days)
Daily rate -10k - 20k (Depending on meal prep/type).
