Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Support food plating and presentation
• Assist with simple content recording for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Handle basic customer service duties:
  • Reply WhatsApp messages professionally
  • Answer customer calls politely
  • Take orders and pass accurate information to the kitchen
• Carry out other assigned duties as required

Social Media & Content Skills (Basic)

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Ability to record short videos using a smartphone
• Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, InShot, or similar apps is an advantage)
• Willingness to learn and grow in content creation

Requirements

• Must be neat, punctual, and teachable
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to respond politely and clearly to WhatsApp messages and phone calls
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage (but not compulsory)
