To ensure smooth onboarding, efficient payment processing, and timely resolution of issues.
It requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain service quality, support transaction reconciliation, and deliver excellent customer experience that drives growth within the e-commerce ecosystem.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide operational support to e-commerce merchants on onboarding, integration, transactions, and settlements.
Monitor transaction flows on payment gateways and escalate anomalies or failures for prompt resolution.
Support reconciliation of e-commerce transactions, chargebacks, and dispute management.
Handle merchants’ inquiries and complaints within agreed SLAs, ensuring a seamless experience.
Liaise with Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve technical or financial issues.
Maintain accurate and updated merchant records and prepare periodic performance reports.
Assist in product testing, merchant integration support, and UAT for new features.
Track and share merchant feedback to enhance e-commerce product offerings and processes.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
