    Business Development Manager

    Summary

    • We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join  Our dynamic team.
    • This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the growth Of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and effectively positioning our products and services in a competitive market.
    • The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and increasing our revenue streams, bringing a proactive approach to identifying potential markets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies in line with company objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
    • Responsible for company adverts, public presentations, exhibitions and conferences.
    • Collaborate with Technical, Operations team and other internal colleagues to meet clients' needs.
    • Prepare prequalification documentation to position the organization strategically to bid for relevant projects / contracts with existing and potential customers.
    • Process application for new/renewal of existing operational licenses & permits e.g. DPR, NPA, NIPEX etc.
    • Monitor and analyse vessel performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

    Our ideal candidate has the following competencies:

    • Good Customer Service proficiency
    • Relationship Management skills
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals.
    • Document & Records Management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Contract and Project Management
    • Data Analysis and reporting proficiency using Microsoft office Products & other tools
    • Exemplary analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to connect actions with outcomes to deliver high quality results
    • Knowledge of BIMCO charter party analysis

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Current Oil and gas industry history and dynamics (including deep knowledge of laws and regulations)
    • Focus on revenue growth and service excellence
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding Of business development principles and sales strategies.
