This role will require an extensive skillset and experience in credit sales, marketing, strategic planning, business development, and supervision of general company operations.
Responsibilities
Assess potential business risks and challenges and monitoring associated macro indices applicable to company’s portfolio
Ensure adherence and frequent performance review of existing services, offerings and policies by establishing practicable monitoring metrics to measure effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Formulate growth strategies that align with our financial goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to foster new relationships.
Advocate for our products/services by aligning them with potential clients’ objectives, addressing their needs, and forecasting future demands.
Draft and finalize sales contracts with a keen eye on legal compliance and company policies.
Maintain meticulous records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other critical financial documentation.
Offer reliable feedback and exceptional after-sales support to build and maintain trust with our clientele.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Mentor entry-level sales staff, guiding them towards becoming proficient sales professionals.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
5 years proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, with specific experience in credit sales being highly desirable.
Strong background in marketing, strategic planning, and business operations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining high-level relationships.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, business strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
