We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Halal Division and drive the growth of Shariah-compliant financial solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop strategic partnerships, engage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors, and contribute to the expansion of Halal financial products such as Sukuk, Takaful, and Halal investments.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Halal-compliant financial products.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and retail clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor financial solutions that align with Shariah principles.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including Islamic financial institutions and regulators.
Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and client engagement forums.
Ensure all business development activities adhere to Shariah compliance standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., AAOIFI, CIBAFI, or CISI) is an added advantage.
2 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the Islamic finance sector.
Strong understanding of Islamic financial products such as Sukuk, Halal investments, Takaful, and Islamic banking.
Proven ability to engage and influence clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
